Not at all! Many of our members are new to kickboxing and just looking for a great workout. We welcome all levels of experience, and our trainers are happy to help you learn proper techniques and form.

For first time guests, we’ll provide free handwraps and demo gloves to ensure you have proper protection. A water bottle is also a good idea so you can hydrate as needed.
We have approved handwraps, gloves, water bottles and merchandise for sale as well.

We don’t hold rigid class times—your workout is ready when you are! You can begin training at any of our 10 stations as soon as you walk in.

Absolutely not! The bags and trainer pads are the only things that get hit.

There are 10 stations which each follow a traditional 3 minute boxing round. Including the 30 second rest time in-between, you should be finished in exactly 35 minutes each time through.

Athletic clothing is encouraged (a tank top or tee, shorts or leggings, and running/training shoes). Loose fitting casual clothing may impair your form.
